incorrect cutting adjustments & artist is not available to fix
Model art must be rig-ready (ie, .psd must have all the parts separated and labelled properly).Prices do not include character or outfit designs - please have a reference sheet ready when you order. Terms of Service
Payment & Prices
price includes both personal & commercial use.
I accept payment (USD) via PayPal, Stripe & Ko-Fi.
Prices include 2 revisions at each stage (sketch, colored, rigged). Additional revisions are charged accordingly.
Work will only start once invoice is paid.
If commission involves both art+rig, you may pay the full amount upfront, or pay for art portion upfront, then rig portion when the art is completed.
No refunds or chargebacks are allowed.
General
Please credit @hapicubii whenever you use the model (includes places such as twitch panel, YouTube channel/video descriptions, social media descriptions)
You may not edit, re-sell, give away the model work I've done for your commission without my approval.
You may not claim the model as your own work.
You may not re-use the .PSD file for the purposes of using it as a base to sell derivative work off of it.
For Live2D rigs, you will only receive the output files ready for tracking (the original Live2D files remains with me)
Please note that I may stream as I work on the commission - if you want it to be private, please notify me upfront.
I reserve the right to reproduce the art online, post on social media, using the art as sample for sale and self-promotion unless discussed otherwise upfront.
